Reena, Anaiya and I went to Chicago this past weekend for an old friend's wedding. My dad, Rishi, Jyoti, Saajan and Saiya were there as well, so it was a mini family reunion. Since Shriti lives in Chicago, she also hung out with us. It was so great to see everyone, especially Saiya, as this was the first time we saw her. She reminds us so much of a younger Anaiya. Saajan loved playing with Anaiya, and it was great seeing Anaiya react to Saiya.
It was also great to catch-up with our St. Joe family. I grew up with them, but haven't seen many of them since our wedding. Brought back many memories.
Congrats to Neil and Priya. It was a great wedding and even better reception. So much fun dancing with everyone. Anaiya was also on the dance floor (past her bed time) ... she was tired, but was having a blast.
