A Weekend with Friends

Our friend, Bryan (also known as "Biju Uncle"), came into town to catch up with some old friends over the weekend.  He joined us for dinner Friday night so he could finally meet Anaiya.  It was so much fun catching up with him.  I know Seattle is a great city, but we definitely miss having him around.

Some friends got together Saturday night to celebrate Amit's birthday.   We hung out at our place before heading out to dinner.  It's pretty clear that Anaiya became a huge of fan of Paresh - especially his knuckles!!

We went to another one of Amit's favorite restaurant, Javier's (mexican) in Newport Beach.  Since we didn't have a babysitter, we took Anaiya with us.  We are so lucky that she falls asleep so easily at bedtime because taking her out in the evenings is usually pretty easy.  However, I was a little concerned about taking her to this particular restaurant because of how loud it gets.  It's definitely a hot spot no matter what night it is.  But she was a trooper because she managed to sleep through all of it.
