One Year Pictures

We just had Anaiya's one year doctor's appointment this past Friday.  Our pediatrician says she is doing great.  She is 18.6 pounds (9th percentile) and almost 31 inches tall (86th percentile).  She did get a few shots including the flu shot which it's always sad to watch.  But she did wonderful as always and only cried for a minute.  I will admit that I brought some cheerios because I knew she would need some cheering up!

Anaiya is walking and talking non-stop these days.  It's fun talking to her because she tries to repeat words or sounds you make.  She literally will talk your ear off all day long.  But it's great to hear her sweet voice chatting away and laughing at jokes that only she can understand.  This past month has been a bit rough for her as she's teething pretty bad.  She got two more teeth on the top so now the total count is 6 (4 on top and 2 on the bottom).  The pediatrician did confirm that her gums were pretty swollen from where her molars are trying to come through.  She's been trooper with her rough days here and there.

A few weeks ago, I took Anaiya for her one year pictures.  It's amazing to look back at the pictures from the last 12 months to see how much she's grown.
