Happy Father's Day

To celebrate Amit's second Father's Day, I surprised him with a home-made brunch.  We started the day by taking Anaiya to her weekly swim class.  But after we got home and got cleaned up, I cooked up some pancakes, eggs, and a fruit salad to celebrate the day.

We recently bought a picnic table for Anaiya so she can  eat or play on it in the backyard. So we enjoyed our brunch on a beautiful sunny day outside.

Afterwards, Anaiya and I gave Amit his gift which is a scrapbook that I started last year for his first Father's Day.  Every year, I plan on updating it with pictures I have collected since the last Father's Day of Amit and Anaiya.  I figure as Anaiya gets older, it'll be a fun project for her to do herself.  Plus, it will be fun to look back at the pictures as their relationship grows as they get older.
