Back to Work

Our nanny, Kaitlyn, started working with us a few weeks ago.  I went back to work last week, so it gave us a couple of weeks to make the transition as smooth as possible.  Really, the transition was more for me because Anaiya had no problems.  It's been going great so far.  Anaiya loves playing with Kaitlyn, and Kaitlyn has figured out how to calm Anaiya down pretty quickly.  It's hard to be away from Anaiya all day, but Kaitlyn is great about texting Amit and I with pictures of Anaiya throughout the day.  It's even better when I get home and Anaiya breaks out into a huge smile when she sees me.

A couple of days after Kaitlyn started working, Amit and I left her on her own with Anaiya for a few hours so we could go to one of Amit's work functions.  I had Kaitlyn take a picture of us before I left her at home for the first time.
