We took Anaiya on her first beach outing yesterday. While she generally slept through the stroll on the boardwalk, we could tell she enjoyed basking in the sun.
This is one of the many perks of residing in sunny Southern California. Downtown Laguna Beach is about 4 miles as-the-crow-files from our house, so we hope to make beach outings a part of our regular schedule. One of the attorneys I work with used to have picnics on the beach once a week after work with his family. What better way to celebrate life.
We hope this post entices our family in England to come visit. We guarantee the weather here is much better than dreary England … and we have Anaiya, so can you really say ‘no’?
