We took Anaiya today to get her newborn pictures. She did a fantastic job, and we can’t wait to see the results. As soon as we receive the photos, we’ll upload them so you can see Anaiya at her best.
During the photo shoot, I was holding Anaiya while she was naked, and I would have bet money that she was going to pee on me. Whenever we take her clothes off and she is cold, Anaiya relaxes and lets it all out. Luckily, Anaiya held off, at least for a few more minutes.
After I was done holding her, Reena took over and Anaiya decided she couldn’t hold it in anymore. She took a #2 all over Reena. The funniest thing was that the photographer liked the positioning of Anaiya and her facial expression, so she asked Reena not to move. So for a few minutes, Reena stood there holding Anaiya while Anaiya’s poop rested all over Reena’s hands, shirt and jeans.

It had been a long day, as Reena had to get up super early to get ready and to prepare Anaiya for the photo shoot, so both Reena and Anaiya took a nap when they got home. It was the perfect picture. What more can you ask for than to see both wife and daughter as peaceful as can be. And we didn’t need a professional photographer to capture the memory.
Later at night, the family chilled together on the couch watching Doogie Howser, M.D. (speaking of memories):
